I did not expect to hear back until much later or even the next day, but she called me back 5 minutes later saying they found what I had left behind. When I got home, I called the hotel and spoke with Morgan who said she would get in touch with housekeeping to check the room and then she would call me back. I realized I didn't pick up everything I accidentally dropped between the middle bedside table/bed/headboard while packing to leave.
They were friendly on arrival, helpful during the short stay, and pleasant at check out but after my 4 hour drive home, they became rock stars.
The staff was excellent and went above and beyond my expectations. Since the hotel sits back off Route 1, I did not hear any street noise and I don't recall hearing any excessively loud noise from the hallway. The location was a short walk (maybe 10 minutes) to a metro station, and the room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. I booked an overnight stay in late February when my son and I came into town for a concert at the Capital One Arena.
